1. Shipping Locations

  • ChicSpark currently ships across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Shipping Time

After your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–9 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary based on courier operations, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after working hours, weekends, or holidays are handled on the next business day.


4. Shipping Charges

  • ChicSpark may offer free shipping during special promotions or on minimum order value.

  • Standard shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Packaging & Safety

  • All orders are packed safely using tamper-proof and protective packaging.

  • We ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS/Email

  • Details of the courier partner

  • Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD)

You can check your order status anytime using the tracking link.


7. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

  • Shadowfax

The courier partner for your order is chosen based on your location and service availability.


8. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the product may return to us.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address.
ChicSpark is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Wrong pincode

  • Unreachable phone numbers


10. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If you receive a damaged parcel:

  1. Do not accept the package.

  2. Click photos/videos as proof.

  3. Contact us immediately at support@chicspark.com.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


11. Lost or Missing Shipments

In rare cases, if your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked delivered but not received

Contact us within 48 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier team and resolve the issue.
