Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

You can check real-time status, location, and estimated delivery date using the tracking link.
5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the delivery is not successful (customer unavailable, incorrect address, etc.), the package may be returned to us.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

ChicSpark is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Customers must ensure the full name, address, pincode, and mobile number are correct while placing the order.
7. Delayed Deliveries

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or tampered:

We will investigate and provide a replacement/refund as applicable.
9. International Shipping
Currently, ChicSpark does not offer international shipping.
