1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You received a different item than what you ordered.

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items include:

Personal care items (cosmetics, beauty tools)

Accessories like earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)

Customized or personalized products
2. Return Request Window
You must place a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we may not be able to accept return requests.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us via email at support@chicspark.com (replace with your actual email).

Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant images/videos of the issue.

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the following ways:

Store Credit: Fastest method, issued immediately after return approval.

Bank/UPI Refund: Credited within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer only.
5. Conditions for Refund Approval
Refunds are approved only if:

The product is returned in original condition.

The product meets the eligibility criteria.

The returned product passes quality inspection.
If the returned item fails inspection (damaged, used, washed, or no tags), the refund may be rejected.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability.
If the item is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a refund.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

If your order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is delayed:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your bank/payment provider.

9. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), ChicSpark covers the return shipping cost.

For customer-initiated returns (like size or preference issues), shipping charges may apply.
